I am fortunate to have trained with Dr. Vazquez in ETT. After 30 years of practicing psychology, I can say that ETT is the fastest, most effective, depthful, life changing form of therapy that I have utilized. Many of the people with whom I have worked are in awe of the changes in their thinking, emotional state and their lives. I personally have experienced life changing ETT sessions with Dr. Vazquez and have reached peak spiritual states. I am so grateful that Dr. Vazquez has dedicated so much of his life to this work and I appreciate his generosity in sharing it with us here in the Northwest. I encourage all of you to take time to hear Dr. Vazquez. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office, 206.525.5576

ETT or Emotional Transformation Therapy offers a unique way of using specific wavelengths of light emitted into the client’s eyes during a consultation to entrain the brain to the psychophysical state of the client and relieve distress rapidly . ETT has been used to clear unwanted, negative beliefs, relieve pain, decrease allergies, resolve depression, ease anxiety, support cancer patients, decrease nausea, resolve issues in the way of self care and support you in attaining spiritual states.

Dr. Vazquez is a dynamic speaker and will share with you the latest research in neuropsychology and its implications for faster, holistic treatment of emotional states that virtually affect all medical conditions. We know that physical and emotional stressors may act on a chromosomal level. When severely depressed patients were compared to control groups, the depressed group shows a significant reduction of DNA repair in irradiated lymphocytes. This is one illustration of how emotional states contribute to a less efficient immune response. A diabetic patient may discover and work through her cravings for sugar and emotional eating, thus enabling her to discover the motivation to engage in healthy eating. The individual with high blood pressure can learn to relax using ETT and both discover and release the emotions contributing to stress. The cancer patient who has been the one in the family who takes care of everyone else may utilize ETT to discover how to value her own self care as a priority.

ETT is a method that transforms emotions, leaving the dysfunctional thought process neutral and creates the space for the individual to create healthy ways to live. The space created is often a state of peace, relaxation and calm, thus a receptacle to plant and nourish new thoughts and behaviors which then become anchored in the mind-body. This leaves a fertile ground from which to create nutritional and lifestyle changes which is the foundation of health.
